Nashville Studio Live is a premium service that allows songwriters from around the world to be virtually “present” in the Nashville studio as their songs are recorded using A-list singers and musicians that Nashville has to offer without the expense and inconvenience of travel.
Founded in 2005 by songwriter, producer and industry veteran Cliff Goldmacher, Nashville Studio Live was developed to make Nashville’s exceptional studio talent available to songwriters first in New York City where Cliff was living at the time and, eventually, to songwriting clients around the world.
Recordings Nashville Studio Live has produced for its clients have gone on to Billboard chart success, television and major motion picture placements and national ad campaigns.
About The Founder
Cliff Goldmacher came of age as a songwriter and producer in Nashville in the early ‘90s where he worked as a staff songwriter and producer. As a songwriter, Cliff has had major label cuts across multiple genres including country, classical crossover and jazz. His songs have been placed in tv and fim as well as national ad campaigns. As a producer, Cliff has collaborated with and recorded artists as diverse as Ke$ha, Chris Barron (lead singer for the Spin Doctors), Lisa Loeb and Emmylou Harris. As an educator, Cliff teaches workshops on the songwriting demo process for ASCAP, BMI, the NSAI (Nashville Songwriters Association), the SGA (Songwriter’s Guild of America) and Taxi. He is also the author of numerous articles on recording for EQ, Recording and ProSound News magazines as well as several online blogs. Cliff’s book “The Songwriter’s Guide to Recording Professional Demos” is available as a free download from this site.
